Practice makes PRs! And there’s no better way to get ready than slapping a training schedule on the refrigerator. Choose between beginner and intermediate 12 week training plans or join an Official Training Partner Class.

  • Meets Wed @ 6:00 PM and Sat @ 7:00 AM
  • Personalized small group coaching
  • Meets at Elkhorn Ridge Middle School on Wednesdays and various locations in Omaha on Saturdays.

  • 11 Week Training Program
  • Meets Thurs @ 6:00 PM and Sun @ 8:00 AM
  • Optional Tues morning speed workouts
  • Meets at Movement Academy (115 Canopy Street)
  • Begins August 17, 2023
  • $60 Movement Academy members / $75 non-members
  • 12 Week Training Program
  • Meets Tues @ 6:00 PM and Sat @ 7:00 AM
  • Personalized small group coaching
  • Meets at Fleet Feet Lincoln on Tuesdays and various locations in Lincoln on Saturdays.

  • 13 Week Program.
  • Progressive Overload Lifting Program. We specialize in maintaining and building strength while training for a half marathon.
  • Various Group Runs and Lifting Programs all from Victress Gym.
  • $99 for Victress Members/$199 for non-members.
  • A Complete Program based on the runner’s goals for the race.
  • We specialize in women’s health with special Instruction for Hormone Balanced Training.
